Konkr\u00e9tan egy gazdas\u00e1gban a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151ket lehet \u00e9p\u00edteni:<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><p><\/p>\n<li>szabadon \u00e1ll\u00f3, f\u00f6ldszintes gazdas\u00e1gi \u00e9p\u00fcletek (bele\u00e9rtve a fedett \u00e9s gar\u00e1zsokat is) 150 m\u00b2-ig terjed\u0151 \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9si ter\u00fclettel \u00e9s 6 m-es szerkezeti feszt\u00e1vols\u00e1ggal \u2013 bejelent\u00e9s alapj\u00e1n (az \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9si t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 29. \u00a7 (1) bekezd\u00e9s\u00e9nek 33. pontja szerint),<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li>szabadon \u00e1ll\u00f3, f\u00f6ldszintes mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi \u00e9p\u00fcletek (pl. sz\u00ednek, ist\u00e1ll\u00f3k, csarnokok szalm\u00e1nak, takarm\u00e1nynak, g\u00e9peknek vagy mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi term\u00e9keknek) 300 m\u00b2-ig terjed\u0151 fel\u00fclettel \u00e9s 7 m-ig terjed\u0151 feszt\u00e1vval \u2013 bejelent\u00e9s alapj\u00e1n is, ha mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi birtokon helyezkednek el (az \u00c9p\u00edt\u00e9si t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 29. \u00a7 (1) bekezd\u00e9s 32. pontja szerint).<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n<p>Ez hatalmas lehet\u0151s\u00e9get nyit a gazd\u00e1lkod\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, akik csarnokot keresnek szalm\u00e1nak, takarm\u00e1nynak, g\u00e9peknek vagy mez\u0151gazdas\u00e1gi term\u00e9nyeknek, \u00e9s el akarj\u00e1k ker\u00fclni a h\u00f3napokig tart\u00f3 enged\u00e9lyeztet\u00e9si elj\u00e1r\u00e1st. A MatBudn\u00e1l nagyon sok ilyen l\u00e9tes\u00edtm\u00e9nyt adunk el.
