Dadurch vergehen von der Entscheidung bis zur fertigen Halle sogar nur wenige Wochen statt eines halben Jahres.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aus welchen Bestandteilen setzt sich der Preis einer Halle zusammen? F\u00fcnf Hauptkomponenten<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Investor, der die Kostenstruktur kennt, kann jede Bewertung leichter einsch\u00e4tzen.
