However, there are restrictions:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a maximum of 2 such canopies per 1000 m\u00b2 of plot,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>intended for private recreational use (e.g. a carport or log store),<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>they must comply with the planning conditions and the local zoning plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For small domestic needs, a lightweight carport is usually enough \u2013 we have a separate offer for this. Specifically, on a farm you can build:<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>free-standing, single-storey utility buildings (including canopies and garages) with a footprint of up to 150 m\u00b2 and a structural span of up to 6 m \u2013 on notification (Art. 29(1)(33) of the Construction Law),<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>free-standing, single-storey agricultural buildings (e.g. canopies, buildings for straw, feed, machinery or crops) with an area of up to 300 m\u00b2 and a span of up to 7 m \u2013 also on notification, if they stand on a farm (Art. 29(1)(32) of the Construction Law).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This opens up huge possibilities for farmers who need storage for straw, feed, machinery or crops and want to avoid a permit procedure lasting many months. What about the formalities?<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>on an ordinary (non-agricultural) plot \u2013 it requires a building permit, because it exceeds the 50 m\u00b2 limit for free-standing canopies,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>on agricultural land, as an agricultural building with a span of up to 7 m \u2013 it falls within the 300 m\u00b2 limit, so it qualifies for notification only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In practice, the same building may require a full permit in one case and only a notification in another \u2013 the land designation and the investor's status are decisive. So don't buy a canopy based on a Facebook ad \u2013 check what plot it is going on and what your local zoning plan allows. Poland is divided into 5 snow zones and 3 wind zones. A canopy in zone III or IV (mountains, foothills) requires a much heavier structure than the same canopy in zone I (Greater Poland, \u0141\u00f3d\u017a region). The difference in steel weight can reach 30\u201340%, which of course affects the price.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>We offer two solutions: structures available from stock for those who want to move quickly, and buildings designed individually for a specific location \u2013 with calculations for the snow and wind zones of your plot.
