Het is een systeem van kolommen, liggers en vakwerken dat alle belastingen (wind, sneeuw of eigen gewicht) afdraagt naar de fundering.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" class=\"translation-block\"><b>Plaatstalen hal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 deze term heeft in werkelijkheid betrekking op <\/span><b>de manier van bekleden<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> van de hal. Dat betekent dat een professionele staalconstructie wordt bekleed met trapeziumplaat.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij MatBud bouwen we geen kortstondige overkappingen. Houd er echter rekening mee dat een professionele stalen hal met trapeziumplaat van MatBud sterk verschilt van typische lichte garageoverkappingen.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Veiligheid en statische berekeningen<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elke constructie van ons, ongeacht het type bekleding, heeft volledige <\/span><b>statische en sterkteberekeningen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dat betekent dat de constructeur precies heeft berekend hoe het gebouw zich gedraagt bij zware storm of een dik pak sneeuw. Voor industri\u00eble gebouwen eisen de normen (bijv. Eurocode 7) dat de zetting van het gebouw binnen de toelaatbare grenzen blijft, wat stabiliteit en veilig gebruik garandeert.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Duurzaam voor tientallen jaren: thermisch verzinken<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In tegenstelling tot goedkope plaatstalen hallen, die vaak al na enkele seizoenen corroderen, zijn de constructies van MatBud standaard <\/span><b>thermisch verzinkt<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Dat is de meest effectieve methode om staal te beschermen, waardoor het skelet van de hal vele jaren intact blijft en er geen onderhoudskosten zijn.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Fundering: de basis die je niet mag overslaan<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opdrachtgevers gaan er vaak ten onrechte van uit dat een \u201elichte\u201d plaatstalen hal geen solide fundering nodig heeft. Juist de fundering is echter verantwoordelijk voor de stabiliteit van de hal onder windbelasting of dynamische belastingen.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De keuze van de fundering hangt af van de grondparameters, die worden vastgesteld door het verplichte <\/span><b>geotechnisch onderzoek<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Meestal worden toegepast:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Poeren (puntfunderingen):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de meest economische oplossing onder de kolommen van een skelethal.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Funderingsstroken:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> toegepast langs de wandlijnen, bijv. onder keermuren.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Funderingsplaat:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ideaal bij grond met een laag draagvermogen, zorgt voor een gelijkmatige verdeling van het gewicht van het hele gebouw.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een goed uitgevoerde fundering, aangelegd onder de vorstgrens (in Polen 0,8 tot 1,4 m), beschermt het gebouw tegen vervorming door vorst.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Snel als een \u201eblikken loods\u201d, met de kwaliteit van een industriehal<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een van de redenen waarom klanten naar plaatstalen hallen zoeken, is tijd.
