We have gathered the most important information about the sale, application and selection of panels for steel halls. We advise which solution will work best depending on the intended use of the building and the required insulation performance.

Do you sell sandwich panels?

Yes. We sell sandwich panels designed for walls and roofs of steel halls. You can order the panels alone or use our comprehensive service, which includes the steel structure, cladding, transport and assembly.

We offer sandwich panels used as wall and roof cladding for steel halls. Depending on the requirements of the investment, we select, among others, panels with a PIR core or mineral wool core, taking into account the thermal, fire protection and functional requirements of the building.

The thickness of the panel depends primarily on the intended use of the hall and the required temperature inside the building. For heated production halls, PIR panels with a thickness of around 100–160 mm are commonly used, for example.

Yes. Sandwich panels can form the complete cladding of a hall – both the walls and the roof slope. This makes it possible to create a tight and well-insulated building envelope.

Yes. We select the panel based on how the building will be used, the required insulation performance, technical conditions and the investor’s expectations. This way, there is no need to use a more expensive solution where it is not technically justified.

Yes. Panels with an insulating core reduce heat loss in winter and, at the same time, limit the heating of the interior in summer. That is why they are often used in production halls, warehouses and other buildings requiring thermal insulation.

Yes. MATBUD provides comprehensive cladding for steel halls, including the transport and installation of sandwich panels. We can therefore supply the material solution itself or carry out the cladding as part of the entire investment.
