Enquiry and configurator handling We process your data (name, surname, email, phone) and the technical specifications of the hall to prepare and send you an offer (basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We also process the technical data concerning the planned investment provided in the configurator, which is necessary for a reliable valuation and preparation of the hall design.
Direct marketing (Newsletter): If you consent, we will send you information about our products and promotions (basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Your data is archived in our system to ensure continuity of contact and the history of offers (basis: legitimate interest of the Controller – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics and advertising We use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to analyse website traffic and show you personalised advertisements (basis: your consent given in the CookieYes panel – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
