Storing straw and hay in a closed hall is the most effective way to avoid losses caused by rot and mould. The high volume of a steel hall allows for stacking bales right up to the roof, which maximises storage space with a minimal ground footprint. The facility protects the fodder from UV radiation, preserving its nutritional value and dry matter throughout the season.

Technical parameters and capabilities

Economical and robust construction: the structures are built on a base of a durable IPE steel beam frame, which allows for a reliable and inexpensive solution for years to come while maintaining a low cost per square metre.

Lightweight trapezoidal sheet metal housing: using sheet metal as cladding is a cost-optimal solution for unheated halls, significantly reducing investment costs while ensuring full protection of agricultural produce from precipitation and wind.

Fast implementation and immediate availability: thanks to modularity and the availability of ready-made structural elements on site, the assembly of a hall frame of approximately 1,000 m² takes only 6-8 working days. For the investor, this means the possibility of putting the warehouse into use even before the harvest season.

We have gathered answers to the questions investors most frequently ask before starting a collaboration – so as to dispel any doubts right from the start and make it easier to plan your entire investment.

Can I buy just the steel structure without assembly?

Yes. We offer modular steel structures available for immediate delivery, designed for self-assembly. We supply a complete set of components, together with documentation and instructions, so that assembly can be carried out by a local contractor.

Do you carry out projects comprehensively – from design to the finished building?

Yes, we operate on a formula. general contracting. We handle the design, documentation, permits, foundations, structure fabrication, assembly, cladding, and finishing of the hall. The investor has a single point of contact and full responsibility on our end.

How long does it take to build a steel hall?

For halls based on readily available structures, the assembly of the structure itself can take up to a few days. The entire investment – from permit to acceptance – usually takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the scope of work and the size of the object.

What materials are your structures made of?

Our constructions are made from IPE steel beams, hot-dip galvanised. This ensures high durability, resistance to corrosion and 10-year guarantee on the zinc coating. This solution has been tried and tested in agricultural, industrial, and warehouse halls.

Can the hall be extended in the future?

Yes. We design halls using modular technology, which means they can be easily extended – usually by adding further frames or extending the building along the side wall. All connections are planned at the design stage.

Do you help with formalities and building permits?

Yes. We provide comprehensive support projects, documentation, and obtaining a building permit. At every stage, we provide technical advice and propose solutions that are both safe and cost-effective.

What are the typical dimensions of steel halls available in your offer?

We produce single and double-pitched halls in a wide range of dimensions. Single-pitched halls have a width 6–7 m, length from 10 to 80 m and height 3–6 m. Gable roofs are made in widths from 8.6 m to 22 m, lengths of up to 120 m and heights up to 12 metres. For non-standard investments, we design custom-made halls tailored to specific applications.
