COMPETITION RULES
„Win tickets to AGRO SHOW Bednary”
- 1. General provisions
- The organiser of the competition under the name „Win tickets to AGRO SHOW Bednary”, hereinafter referred to as the „Competition”, is:

- The competition is run via the Organiser's official profiles on the following platforms:
- Facebook,
- Instagram,
- TikTok,
hereinafter collectively referred to as „Platforms”.
- The competition starts 19 August 2026 at 18:00.
- Entries for the competition are being accepted until 26 August 2026, by 6.00 pm.
- Entries submitted after the deadline specified in paragraph 5 will not be eligible for the Competition.
- The competition results will be announced at the latest 31 August 2026, by 6.00 pm.
- The competition is of a creative competition. Winners are selected based on the evaluation of submissions made by the Competition Committee in accordance with the criteria set out in these Regulations.
- No draw is held in the Competition, and chance does not determine the awarding of the prize.
- Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge. Participants are only liable for the standard costs of using the internet as set out in their contract with their service provider.
- The competition is organised independently by the Organiser and is neither organised nor administered by the Polish Chamber of Agricultural Machine and Equipment – the organiser of the AGRO SHOW exhibition.
- The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or organised by Facebook, Instagram, Meta or TikTok, and is not affiliated with them.
- Facebook, Instagram, Meta and TikTok are not responsible for organising the competition or awarding the prizes.

- 2. Competition Entrants
- Any individual may enter the Competition provided that they:
- a) she has turned 18,
b) holds an active account on at least one of the Platforms on which the Competition is conducted,
(c) has read these Rules and Regulations,
d) met the conditions for participation set out in these Terms and Conditions.
- Members of the Competition Committee and persons directly engaged by the Organiser in the preparation and conduct of the Competition may not participate in the Competition.
- The Participant is obliged to use the Platform in accordance with its regulations and rules.
- The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from the Competition entries originating from bots or automated accounts, as well as entries in respect of which there are reasonable grounds to suspect an attempt to manipulate the course of the Competition.
- Participation in the Competition via a fictitious account, a hijacked account, or an account created solely for the purpose of automated or mass participation may constitute grounds for exclusion from the Competition.
- 3. Rules of participation in the Competition
- To take part in the Competition, Participants must, during the Competition period, post a comment under the specified post or competition content published by the Organiser on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
- The competition task consists of answering the question:
„Why should you visit AGRO SHOW Bednary?”
- The competition entry should be original, creative and relevant to the theme of the competition.
- Entries to the competition are submitted by posting a reply in the comments section beneath the competition post on the relevant platform.
- Tagging friends, sharing the post, publishing it on your own profile or in a story, or sending it to other people is not a condition of entry to the Competition.
- The organiser may encourage users to voluntarily share information about the Competition with others; however, such action:
- (a) is not a condition for participation,
b) does not increase the chances of receiving a prize,
c) is not taken into account when evaluating the application.
- A single Participant can publish a maximum of one competition entry per platform.
- A participant may enter the Competition on more than one Platform.
- However, a single Participant may receive a maximum of one prize in the entire Competition.
- If submissions from the same Entrant are qualified for a prize on more than one Platform, the Entrant shall receive one prize, and the next prize shall be awarded to the author of the next highest-rated submission on the given Platform.
- By publishing the submission, the Participant declares that:
- a) is the author of the submission,
b) holds the rights allowing for its publication,
c) the submission does not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights, personal rights, or the right to privacy and image.
- The submission must not contain in particular content:
- a) unlawful,
b) vulgar or offensive,
c) inciting hatred or discriminatory,
d) infringing the personal rights of third parties,
e) infringing copyright or other third-party rights,
f) contrary to accepted principles of morality,
g) containing advertising content or spam unrelated to the Competition.
- The organiser may exclude an entry that violates these Terms and Conditions.
- 4. Awards
- The total prize pool in the Competition includes 30 standard admission tickets for AGRO SHOW Bednary 2026.
- The organiser will award a total of 15 awards.
- Each prize consists of:
2 standard admission tickets for AGRO SHOW Bednary 2026.
- The value of one prize is £46.00 gross, based on the price of two standard adult tickets valid in the official online sale of AGRO SHOW on the day the Competition starts.
- The awards are preliminarily allocated between the Platforms as follows:
- Facebook – 5 winners, 2 tickets for each,
- Instagram – 5 winners, 2 tickets for each,
- TikTok – 5 winners, 2 tickets for everyone.
- If on any of the Platforms the number of valid competition entries is insufficient to award all 5 prizes provided for that Platform, unused prizes may be transferred by the Organiser to the prize pool designated for the other Platforms.
- The carried-over prizes shall be awarded to Participants from the other Platforms whose entries received the highest evaluation by the Competition Committee in accordance with the criteria set out in § 5, excluding Participants who have already been awarded a prize.
- In the event of rewards being transferred between platforms, the allocation of additional rewards will be determined by the points score of the entry, regardless of the platform on which it was published.
- The transfer of prizes between Platforms and the selection of Participants to whom the transferred prizes are awarded is not carried out by means of a draw.
- In total, the Competition provides for the provision of 30 tickets, making up 15 prizes of 2 tickets each.
- The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other benefit.
- The winner may not request payment of the prize in cash.
- The prize does not include travel expenses to the event, accommodation, meals or any other expenses related to participation in AGRO SHOW, unless the Organiser explicitly decides otherwise.
- Tickets may be used in accordance with the rules laid down by the organiser of the AGRO SHOW event.
- If, in accordance with applicable tax law provisions, the awarded prize gives rise to an obligation to collect lump-sum income tax, the Organiser shall perform the obligations of a withholding agent arising from the provisions of law.
- In the case referred to in paragraph 15, the Organiser may award the Winner an additional cash prize in an amount calculated so as to cover the due tax on the total value of the non-cash prize and the additional cash prize. The additional cash prize shall not be paid to the Winner, but shall be allocated by the Organiser to pay the due tax to the appropriate tax authority.
- If the performance of tax obligations requires obtaining additional data of the Winner, the Organiser will request only the data necessary to perform this obligation.
- 5. The Competition Committee and the selection of winners
- Winners of the Competition they are not chosen by means of a draw.
- Following the close of submissions, eligible entries will be evaluated by a Competition Committee appointed by the Organiser.
- The Competition Committee consists of at least 2 persons designated by the Organiser.
- The organiser shall determine the composition of the Competition Committee prior to commencing the evaluation of entries. The personal composition of the Committee does not need to be made public.
- Each member of the Committee evaluates each submission independently according to the following criteria:
- a) response creativity – from 0 to 10 points,
b) originality of the response – from 0 to 10 points,
(c) relevance and quality of justification – from 0 to 10 points.
- Each member of the Committee may award a maximum of one entry 30 points.
- The final score of the submission is the arithmetic mean of the total number of points awarded to the submission by all members of the Commission, rounded to two decimal places.
- The final result of the submission can be a maximum of 30 points.
- Subject to the prize transfer rules set out in § 4 paras. 6–9, on each of the three Platforms prizes will be awarded to 5 Participants whose entries achieve the highest final score.
- If two or more Participants achieve the same final result, the higher position shall be determined sequentially by:
- a) higher average creativity score,
b) then a higher average number of points for originality,
c) then a higher average number of points for relevance and the quality of the justification,
d) if a tie still occurs – another joint evaluation of the entries by the Competition Committee,
e) if even a re-evaluation does not make it possible to resolve the tie, the higher position shall be given to the entry published earlier.
- A tie cannot be resolved by drawing lots or by applying any other random mechanism.
- The committee will also select reserve entries, ranked according to the results obtained, which may receive an award in the event that any of the winners forfeit their right to the prize.
- An internal minutes of the Commission's proceedings shall be drawn up, containing at least:
- a) the date of the assessment,
b) identifiers of the evaluated or winning submissions,
c) awarded point scores,
d) the order of winners and reserve entries.
- The minutes are for the Organiser’s internal records only and will not be published, unless there is a legal obligation to make them available.
- 6. Announcement of results
- The results of the competition will be announced by 18:00 on 31 August 2026 at the latest.
- The organiser may announce the results via:
- (a) a comment under the competition entry,
(b) a separate post or story on the Platform,
(c) a private message sent to the winner.
- When publicly announcing the results, the Organiser may use the winner's username or profile identifier used on the given Platform and indicate the winning entry.
- The organiser will not publicly disclose the winners’ email addresses, telephone numbers, home addresses or other private contact details.
- The organiser will contact the winners via the official MATBUD profile on the relevant platform.
- The organiser will not ask winners to provide payment card details, make a bank transfer or make a payment to the organiser in order to receive the prize.
- Participants should exercise caution regarding messages from accounts impersonating the Organiser.
- 7. Collection of the prize
- The winner should reply to the Organiser’s message by 72 hours from when it was sent.
- The Organiser may ask the Winner only for the data necessary to deliver the prize or to fulfil obligations arising from legal regulations.
- If the tickets can be transferred directly via a private message, QR code, electronic file or other Platform feature, the Organiser shall not require the provision of additional data that are not necessary for the transfer of the prize.
- If providing an email address is necessary to transfer the ticket, the Organiser will ask the Winner to send it in a private message.
- The organiser may request other details only if they are necessary for:
- (a) the prize is awarded correctly,
(b) confirmation of eligibility for the prize,
c) compliance with tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
- If the Winner:
- (a) fails to reply within 72 hours,
b) refuses to provide the data necessary to issue the prize or fulfil a legal obligation,
c) proves to be a person who does not meet the conditions of the Competition,
d) breached the Terms and Conditions in a manner justifying exclusion,
The organiser may award the prize to the author of the next highest-scoring entry on the reserve list.
- Awarding the prize to a person on the reserve list also is not decided by drawing lots.
- The organiser will attempt to contact the person from the reserve list under conditions analogous to those specified above.
- 8. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the course of the Competition may be submitted:

- The complaint should include information enabling the competition entry to be identified, as well as a description of the reason for the complaint.
- If necessary to provide an answer, the Participant should also indicate contact details.
- The organiser will consider the complaint without undue delay, no later than by 14 days from the date of its receipt.
- Information on how the complaint has been dealt with will be provided to the Participant using the contact details through which the complaint was submitted, unless the Participant indicates a different method of contact.
- The complaints procedure does not limit the Participant’s rights under applicable law.
- 9. Data protection

For matters relating to the protection of personal data, you may contact the Data Controller by email, telephone or in writing at the address given above.
- Scope of processed data
In connection with the holding of the Competition, the Administrator may process, in particular:
- a) the Participant’s username or profile identifier on the Platform,
b) the content of the competition entry,
c) information related to the entry available within the Platform to the extent necessary to conduct the Competition.
In the case of Winners, the following may also be processed:
- d) email address, if required to deliver the ticket,
e) data necessary to confirm eligibility for the award,
f) other data necessary to transfer or settle the prize, if the obligation to collect them arises from legal provisions.
For persons lodging a complaint, the data contained in the complaint as well as contact details necessary for its processing may be processed.
The organiser does not require a telephone number, home address or email address to be provided in a public comment.
- Purposes and legal basis for data processing
The personal data of Participants may be processed for the purpose of:
- a) organising and conducting the Competition, receiving and evaluating entries, selecting the Winners, contacting the Winners, announcing the results and awarding the prizes – pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e. to the extent necessary for the performance of the legal relationship arising in connection with the Participant's entry into the Competition on the terms and conditions set out in the Rules,
- b) compliance with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject, in particular tax, accounting or personal data protection obligations – pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR,
- c) handling complaints, ensuring the security and proper conduct of the Competition, preventing fraud, and establishing, exercising or defending against potential legal claims – on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Controller.
- Public announcement of results
For Winners, the Administrator may publish the username or profile identifier on the Platform and indicate the winning entry in order to announce the results of the Competition.
The scope of the published data will be limited to the information necessary to announce the results of the Competition.
- Voluntary provision of data
Providing data related to the competition entry is voluntary, but necessary in order to participate in the Competition.
Provision of additional data by the Winner is voluntary, but if such data proves necessary for the handover or correct settlement of the prize, failure to provide it may make it impossible to issue the prize.
- Data recipients
Data may be shared with or entrusted to entities supporting the Administrator to the extent necessary to conduct the Competition, in particular to service providers of:
- IT,
- hosting,
- email,
- accountants,
- legal,
and also to the competent public authorities, if the obligation to transfer the data results from the provisions of law.
Using Facebook, Instagram and TikTok also involves the processing of data by the operators of these platforms in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
Platform Operators may act as independent data controllers to the extent resulting from the services provided by them.
- Transferring data outside the European Economic Area
In connection with the use of the Social Platforms, data may also be processed by the Platform operators outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with their rules, privacy policies and the legal mechanisms applied by them regarding international data transfers.
The controller has no influence over all processing operations performed independently by the Platform operators.
- Data retention period
Data related to the organisation of the Competition will be stored for the period necessary to organise and settle it, inform the Winners, and award the prizes.
Data may be stored for a longer period if it is necessary to:
- a) consideration of the complaint,
(b) the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,
c) compliance with tax, accounting or other legal obligations.
Once the grounds for further processing have ceased to exist, the data will be deleted or anonymised to the extent under the Administrator's control.
- Participants' Rights
Under the terms set out in the applicable personal data protection laws, the Participant may have the right to:
- a) access to your data,
b) rectification of data,
c) erasure of data,
d) restriction of processing,
e) data portability – if the conditions set out in the GDPR are met,
f) to object to processing based on the Controller's legitimate interests,
g) to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
The scope of individual rights depends on the legal basis and the circumstances of data processing.
- Automated decision-making
The Organiser will not use Participants' data to take decisions towards them based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would produce legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affect them.
The winning entries will be evaluated by members of the Competition Committee.
- 10. Rights to competition entries
- The entrant remains the author of their competition entry.
- Merely participating in the Competition does not entail the transfer to the Organiser of the economic copyright in the submission.
- The Organiser may display the entry to the extent resulting from the ordinary operation of the Platform and indicate or make available the winning entry in connection with the announcement of the results of the Competition.
- The authorisation specified in paragraph 3 covers exclusively activities directly related to the organisation, conduct and adjudication of the Competition.
- If the Organiser subsequently wishes to use the content of the winning entry in separate advertising or promotional materials not directly related to the conduct and announcement of the results of the Competition, the terms of such use shall, if necessary, be agreed separately with the Winner.
- 11. Rules regarding Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- The competition is organised by MATBUD Maciej Matracki, and not by the Platform operators.
- The participant is obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the Platform they are using.
- The Organiser does not require as a condition of participation in the Competition:
- a) sharing the competition material on one's own timeline or profile,
b) sharing the material on another person's profile,
c) tags of a specific number of friends,
d) publishing the competition material in a story,
e) sending the competition material to a specified number of other people.
- Voluntary performance of any of the above actions does not give the Participant additional points or a greater chance of winning a prize.
- The competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or TikTok.
- Participants release the operators of the designated Platforms from liability related to the organisation and conduct of the Competition to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Any questions and complaints regarding the Competition should be directed to the Organiser, and not to the Platform operators.
- Where the manner of conducting the Competition on a specific Platform requires adaptation due to a change in the rules or functionality of that Platform, the Organiser may make such adaptation, provided that it does not infringe the acquired rights of Participants or alter the competitive, non-random manner of selecting Winners.
- 12. Final provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge throughout the duration of the Competition at:

- The participant should read the Regulations before submitting their competition entry.
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- The Organiser may amend these Terms and Conditions solely for valid reasons, in particular in the event of:
- a) amendments to existing regulations
